Booking Deposit A booking deposit is required to reserve our time together. This enables me to set aside the appointment exclusively for you, while also allowing for the preparation that goes into creating a private and welcoming experience. Should I ever need to cancel our appointment, your deposit will be refunded promptly in full. A deposit equal to 25% of the booking fee is required for all reservations. Deposits may be transferred to another appointment provided at least 48 hours' notice is given, and the new booking takes place within four weeks of the original appointment. Should you need to cancel, the following terms apply: Less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit forfeited Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee is payable Less than 12 hours' notice: The full booking fee is payable Payment Options For your convenience, deposits may be made via: Prezzee gift card (preferred) Osko bank transfer Cardless cash deposit at an ANZ Smart ATM Bitcoin Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been received. Please keep in mind that some banks - particularly when transferring to a new payee - can take up to one or two business days to process a payment, even via Osko. If you're hoping to secure a particular appointment time, faster payment methods are recommended. The remaining balance is payable in cash at the beginning of our time together.
