Good communication, punctuality, and mutual respect are important to me, and I appreciate the same in return. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit will be returned. Cancellations made within 24 hours, missed appointments, or last-minute changes will result in the deposit being retained, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. My booking policy applies equally to everyone. This keeps appointments organised and ensures arrangements are clear from the start.
