It is a 90 minute minimum, (many enjoy longer than 90 minutes) which includes a bath ceremony, a few types of techniques, help with breathing and meditation for optimal results. I also have a one hour bodywork for those looking for a more basic session. My private upscale location is conveniently located in Warwick area.
