Zen Spa

Zen Spa used to be my go to place. That changed when ownership changed. Don’t be fooled by their advertising. There are no young ladies, just old ones. The massage is average at best. Sometimes their sewer backs up and the smell is noticeable. My last visit made me forget about the place because I got a handful of unpleasant odor. At least the rooms and tables are clean - even if the ladies are not.

The MP has a nice cozy atmosphere. Room was spacious, with a whole bunch of furniture cubes, and a one-person sofa. A large bottle of water was given at the end. What follows is a narration of my 1st ever visit to this MP (and of course my 1st ever service with this provider): Short Summary: Got the full hour. No extras. Her English is almost zero. She sprained my thumb (it hurt for several days), even though she is an LMT. Lucy, a 5 ft 4 in divorced lady with a small child, from Shenyang (Mainland China) was my masseuse. She was very friendly and was a good conversationalist. The massage was completely legitimate. There was absolutely no teasing at all, not even any ass play either, even though I was completely undraped pretty much throughout the massage. The towel was on the first 5 minutes, but I took it off, and it was on when I flipped for about a minute or so, but I took it off again. There was no objection to me taking the towel off. Oil and hot stone was applied. A tip was never asked for (of course I tipped her at the end). She was appreciative of the tip. There was no upselling krap. The massage was okay, but in the last few minutes of the massage, she pulled a little bit too hard on the base of my right thumb - that freaking hurt (otherwise I would have rated the massage 3 stars overall, and a 4 stars for thoroughness). Service was top notch though - very friendly woman and did make a genuine effort on the massage. I also got the full hour, which I was very happy about. The flip took place 40 minutes into the massage. Make sure to learn the word for "pillow" in Mandarin when you come here; my Mandarin wasn't quite up to par to be able to communicate to her that I wanted one. Since I didn't get a hand job and she pulled my left thumb way too hard, I will not be coming back to do a massage with this provider, even though I was smitten by this woman very much on a personal level.

Fairly quiet. Construction is going on in the front so not much traffic. I didn't get anything. My first time maybe I didn't know how to approach this thing. Massage was fairly decent. Mainly focused on the back. I didn't push the issue cuz I really did come for the massage. Hot stones and back walk were good. Wasn't using a towel for the back massage, but she managed to slip one on before it was time to turn over. When I turned over she would cover the package when it slipped outbid the towel. Told her after it was done that I would come back but she have to earn the tip not time. Think she knows the deal. I'll find out next time. If there is some way in supposed to drop the hints let me know.
